General Dentist (GP) is a Dentist without additional training. A General Dentist is licensed to practice all areas of Dentistry providing the highest level of oral health possible and maintaining the highest level for each patient.

The General Dentist also provides a large spectrum of services however a refferal to a dental specialist is required if the dentist does not feel qualified to perform a special procedure.
