Veneers are usually made from porcelain. These very thin facets are placed (cemented) on the teeth in order to correct discolored or crocked teeth. Before any work is done the dentist must verify that there are no cavities in the teeth to be restored and that the patient is free off any gum disease. A veneer can be done in most cases for any patient.
To understand the procedure we prepared for you the following slide show from start to finish to give you an idea what is involved and how it is done. The procedure itself can be done with the proper planning in two visits.
